Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before your appointment or your deposit will be forfeit.

If you are sick please stay home, but let us know beforehand, and understand that cancellation policies may apply.

– You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment

– Less than 48 hours cancellation – forfeit deposit and you will be required to pay a $50 fee in order to book a new appointment.  

– No Call No Show – You will be charged a $99 no show fee plus tax.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice twice, you will not be allowed to book again.

If you show up more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will not be extended, and your procedure may not be finished. Please be on time.

Refund Policy

Scalp micropigmentation and semi permanent makeup is an art, not a science. Because all skin is different, and your health, diet, and lifestyle may affect the longevity and look of your semi permanent makeup, YAMA Studios does not and cannot guarantee results. Refunds will not be issued once your procedure is complete.
